5 STARS: First of all, the Mooka PM1220 Air Purifier is packaged beautifully. In this mess of millions of people ordering things, this came packaged perfectly. Then the enclosures in a box include a Customer Service contact list, an a card to register f and activate the 12-month warranty and get an exclusive gift! Just beautiful presentation. I have the air purifier on now…Quiet is super quiet. Normal isn’t intrusive at all. Very nice!! Also a support person, in this case, Voltaire, came on and is helping me with any questions about my review and the gift claim. They have replacement filters, etc. available too. Absolutely impressed!!! It says you do not have to change the Hepa Filter for 6 months…I’ll probably take a look at it a little sooner than that because I have cats and smoke. But The instruction manual tells you exactly how to take it apart and put it back together…only 5 pieces (plus the power cord). Very well made!!!!
